The lower level is perfect for smaller groups.  The lower level area can hold up to 60 people.  It has 2 private bathrooms, a refrigerator, sink and long serving or display counter.  It has ground level access from the lake side or side door entry from Wickliffe with stairs.  Either way, its perfect for a shower, business meeting or banquet.  Tables and chairs are furnished
