Rentals

The Tri-Township Park has a number of different facilites available for your next family or social outing.  If you are having alcohol in the park, you must purchase a liquor permit from the Park for $35.  Glass containers are not allowed in the park. 

The Community Center

The Community Center - Upper Level

The air-conditioned Community Center is perfect for weddings, family reunions,
bridal parties, perfect for anything that you might need. 
The upstairs area can hold up to 150 people, table and chairs are furnished. 
The kitchen facilities are also available for rent at an additional cost.

The Community Center - lower level

The lower level is perfect for smaller groups.  The lower level area can hold up to 60 people.  It has 2 private bathrooms, a refrigerator, sink and long serving or display counter.  It has ground level access from the lake side or side door entry from Wickliffe with stairs.  Either way, its perfect for a shower, business meeting or banquet.  Tables and chairs are furnished.   Click here for the rental agreement and prices for the lower level.

THE PAVILIONS

Pavilion #1

Pavilion #1 is our largest pavilion measuring 50' by 100' and contains 15 picnic tables, lights, water, electric, and private restrooms.  It is located close to the tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball area, and a large playground.  A large BBQ grill is located next to the pavilion.  The tennis and basketball courts as well as sand volleyball courts are near by.  Click here for the rental agreement form and prices. 

Pavilion #2

Pavilion #2 is located close to the main playground in a shady spot.
It has 8 picnic tables, 1 grill and electric. It has plenty of close parking and

Pavilions #3 and #4

#4 now have electric service available.   There is a restroom
located close by.

Pavilion #6

Pavilion #6 is located on the south side of the lake and across from the Petting
Zoo.  There are restrooms located close by and it is a playground right next to it. 
It has 11 tables, electric, water 1 grill and lights.  Click here for a rental

Pavilion #5

Pavilion #5 is located on the south side of the lake.  It's close to the petting zoo and restrooms and next to a playground.  It has 4 tables and a grill. Click here for the rental form and prices.

Pav #9

Pav #9 is located just south of the big lighted baseball diamond in a
nice shady spot.  It has 4 tables, a grill and fire ring.  A playground is
located across the street and well as restrooms.  The petting zoo is a

Pav #8

Pav #8   THIS PAVILION IS CURRENTLY NOT BEING RENTED.

Pav #7

Pav #7 is located between the Park Office and the petting zoo.  It sits
in a wooded area with lots of shade.  It features 4 tables, electric, a grill
and fire ring.  The petting zoo is a short walk away as are the restrooms.

Pav #10

Pav. #10 is located on the west side of the Park close to the
Skate Park and ball fields.  It features 12 tables, lights, water,
electric, and private restrooms.  There is plenty of close parking

Pav. #11

Pav. #11 is located on the west side of the Park
close to the Skate Park and ball fields.  It has 4 tables.

The Gazebo or Bandstand

The Gazebo is located across from the
Community Center and is ideal for an
outdoor wedding, musical presentation or
play.  It has electric, lights and plenty
of bench seating.  It has a ramp and
stairs leading up to the raised gazebo. 
It has a red roof and is in
lovely, shady spot.  It has a wonderful
